If you’re not familiar with the work of Yayoi Kusama, we’d advise pausing what you’re doing and punching in a quick Google search.

Got it? Good. Onward.

In news of the literary kind, the life and works of the legendary Japanese artist has been documented in a new children’s book by MoMA curator, Sarah Suzuki.

Titled Yayoi Kusama: From Here to Infinity! it follows Kusama’s journey – starting with her childhood in Matsumoto – and explores the creation of some of her key artworks. Think her iconic pumpkin sculpture and the Infinity Mirrored Room series.

Best of all, the book features cute-to-boot illustrations throughout, making this a must-have addition to your coffee table stack.

Yayoi Kusama: From Here to Infinity! will be available from October 10. You can pre-order it here.
