Get ready Sydney, Fonda is coming your way
For the love of guacamole.
Prepare for a delicious Mexican overload, Bondi. Sydney’s first ever Fonda is coming to Hall Street next month.
With seven locations in Melbourne, the fusion restaurant has become a local staple, putting a twist on traditional Mexican cuisine.
The new opening will see kingfish ceviche, caesar salad and Mexican poke added to the menu.
The Sydney location will also boast a new drinks list, including a selection of margaritas and ales. Though personally, we’re excited about the French Earl Grey tea-infused gin.
Melbourne’s Studio Esteta has been recruited to design the space. To add a real coastal touch, they’ll be including interior inspo from Aquabumps surf photography.
In great news for the tech-savvy, each seat will feature USB ports and chargers to cater to workaholics and avid Instagrammers.
Keep an eye out for the opening this October.
