YEVU opens Melbourne pop-up

Get in line.

Already loved by Sydneysiders and strong on the streets of East London, YEVU has now given Melbourne the chance to get their hands on a bit of ’em, at their pop-up store starting today.

YEVU, which translates to “foreigner”, was founded by Anna Robertson, whose background in international studies and politics brought her to Ghana in 2012. Her understanding of Ghana’s need and potential for small businesses with socially responsible ethics led her to create YEVU.

Using distinctly African wax prints, YEVU brings to us vibrancy and chaos perfectly mixed with wearable, stylish designs. Printed and sewn in Ghana, unlike many of the clothes we buy from overseas, we can be assured where it’s coming from and that your providing a income for those talented individuals living on the poverty line. Not just for the ladies, YEVU comes in very cool men’s styles too. Be quick though, the collection sold out in Sydney in just a week!
