Cancel everything. Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival is holding an exhibit wholly dedicated to socks and we are so ready.

Soxhibition is a collaborative project that joins the forces of Victorian artists and The Social Studio designers, to create art prints on woven socks.

With a huge local focus, the VAMFF exhibit will feature works from Kate Beynon, Alice Oehr, Phil Ferguson, Annick Akanni, Amanda May Lee, Krack Lae, Goldstank, Jacob Coppedge, Andrea Kominos, Jean Bosco, Maklet and James.

Australian brand, Soxy Beast, will also be among the featured designs. The Melbourne label, known for its bold prints, collaborates with artists and delivers to monthly subscribers via their online store.

Catch Soxhibition at fortyfivedownstairs, from March 5.
