Congrats guys, study shows we are becoming more conscientious shoppers

Go team.

Well go and give yourselves a pat on the back.

A study by CitiXsys has shown that 63% of Australians now research a product online before they buy in-store. And that is huge news.

It means we are seeing a move towards more considered purchases, a higher need for quality products and less impulse buys.

This is all great because becoming more considerate shoppers means supporting the slow fashion movement. And the slow fashion movement means we get closer to a healthier earth.

The study also showed that 56% of Australians like having the ability to shop the same retailer through multiple channels and that 29% believe they are more likely to have a disappointing experience online than in-store.
