Dolce & Gabbana sent a Disney-inspired collection down the runway last night

Lovers of Disney, Dolce & Gabbana has just shared its F/W Ready to Wear collection with the world. It’s a whole lot of fairy tale love.
The aim of the collection is to turn every lady into a contemporary princess. That is, a princess who “steps out in the world and searches for her prince herself,” according to the D&G website.
The Milan Fashion Week runway transported guests into the fictional world. The stage was adorned with Cinderella’s carriage, a huge story book and other symbols and motifs, representative of your favourite childhood (ahem, grown up) stories.
Models took to the runway in outfits reflective of the classic stories: Snow White’s stepmother’s mirror, Cinderella’s mice friends and the roses from the Queen of Hearts’ garden were just a few icons to embellish the garments.
We’ve got to say, this is by far our fave Dolce & Gabbana collection to date.
