Rebecca Vallance is going through an exciting growth phase and are looking to expand our team. We are currently looking to recruit an administration assistant to join the dynamic group. Weare looking for a passionate, motivated individual, with attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running.
A 'can do' attitude is essential.
The role is based in the Rebecca Vallance head office in Alexandria, Sydney.
The role will require:
Online and stock management: ·
- Ability to upload imagery onto site and assist with all e-commerce product queries and stock levels/logistics
- Must be able to communicate effectively and handle customer queries
- Ability to work with different departments on stock management and inventory.
- Managing the Rebecca Vallance showroom
- Managing international private clients
- Ability to run two warehouse sales per year
- Must be able to effectively work with the PR agency
- Ensure the Rebecca Vallance office is run efficiently
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to adhere to instruction
- Ability to work autonomously and to be proactive
- Have an outgoing and fun personality
- Have a can-do attitude
