By Charlotte are looking for a new sales assistant to join our team this September. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, confident, dependable and have previous sales experience. Candidates must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday, flexibility to work late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods. Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is essential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving weekly store budgets/sales targets and KPI goals
  • Providing weekly feedback to the Company Director on store/customer feedback on merchandise 
  • Ensure focus on excellent customer service by maintaining/growing the VIP database
  • Maintain a high level store appearance and stock presentation at all times
  • Manage stock control – movement through stock transfers to and from the store

The ideal candidate has:

  • Previous retail experience essential 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for our brand with a fresh vibrancy that is honest and heartfelt
  • Exceptional customer service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday
  • Flexibility to work late trading hours according to business needs/peak trade periods. Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is essential
