Style Vibes: Celebs in Juicy Couture’s velour tracksuit

The OG activewear.

2004 was the year of the Juicy Couture velour tracksuit. Oh God it was trendy.

Let’s be honest, we all wanted to rock the get-up when we saw the Hilton sisters strutting Beverley Hills all matchy-matchy. You can’t argue it was the go-to ensemble of the noughties, especially when everyone’s dream mum from ‘Mean Girls’ rocked it on the big screen.

Even though it’s been more than 10 years since the tracksuit hit its formidable peak, the outfit is still a reminder of the horrendous (or faboulous?) trends the early ’00s bought us.

The iconic tracksuit is going to be making a well-deserved return, as part of the Undressed: A History of Underwear exhibit in London’s Victoria and Albert museum.

It will hang alongside underwear worn by Queen Victoria’s mother and that sheer dress made famous by Kate Moss.
